Cycling Tour: Lake Ilia – Lagodekhi Protected Areas

On August 25th, 2013, the Agency of Protected Areas organized a one-day cycling tour from Lake Ilia to the Lagodekhi Protected Areas.

During the tour participating cyclists covered a distance of 45 km and finished in Lagodekhi Protected Areas administration centre. Following the tough day participants enjoyed a festival dinner and relaxing atmosphere.

This was a symbolic tour, dedicated to the 101-year anniversary of the establishment of Lagodekhi Nature Reserve. It also aimed to promote healthy living in society.
