Visitors' specialists were trained in customer service. 

24 viistors' specialists were participating in training. The were trained in communication skills.The training was held in the frame of the project "Protected Areas' capacity development" that is supported by UNDP and Swedish government. The aim of the project is to strengthen capacities of protected areas and give reccomendations in accordance with managment plan of the agency of protected areas.
