Training for the employees of Imereti Caves Protected Areas

 On October 28, 2013, the Center for Environmental Information and Education conducted a training for the employees of Imereti Caves Protected Areas, aiming at improved quality of visitor’s service at Sataplia, as well as Prometheus Cave Administrative units.

Each year, Imereti Caves Protected Areas are hosting tens of  thousands  of visitors at national and international level and qualification and consumer oriented skills of administrative personnel of Imereti Caves PAs are playing an important role in delivering high quality services to customers.

Moreover, this type of trainings are planned to be systematically carried out and the employees of the mentioned administrations will have the possibility to get acquainted with the international standards of customer service and gain necessary knowledge in the field of  public relation and other related issues.
