70 employees of the territorial administrations of the Agency of Protected Areas enhanced their capacity in the context of sustainable management of forest resources.

The purpose of the training course is to strengthen the capacity of the administration’s staff in firewood production, which is fully compliant with the new forest code.

The pieces of training were held in 4 phases over three days within the grant project "Advancing Sustainable Development and Protected Area Management System".

The project is supported by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the government of Sweden, within the framework of the Governance Reform Fund (GRF) project.
